Our overall experience with Relational Minds was very unsatisfactory. Communication was consistently poor — phone calls were rarely answered, and it was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. We were initially told we would undergo a three-session assessment process; however, this unexpectedly extended to five sessions due to apparent staff shortages. I was really happy with the clinical sessions for my 16yo daughter at the time. However, having paid for an ADHD assessment, we are 6 months post the assessment sessions and have not received any written report of the assessment outcome. I have used the clinical portal, phone, email and text to request information since Nov 24, and gave had no response. Dissapointed.

After being discharged from hospital while my son was still in the midst of a severe mental health crisis Relational minds took us under their wing. To say I was desperate was an understatement. No one could help. No one had answers. I cannot speak highly enough of Relational Minds and their incredible support of my two daughters over the past three years. What stands out is not just the excellent counselling and diagnostic process, but also their exceptional responsiveness - every time I've contacted them, whether for a prescription or just a question, they've got back to me within hours.
