Could not recommend Maddi and Alberto highly. From a scared mum not knowing what the assessment faze would look like for my son I worked with Maddi and Alberto to talk through the needs of my child to help me better understand and support him. Very responsive, understanding & helpful. Thank you again team for the support.

Our overall experience with Relational Minds was very unsatisfactory. Communication was consistently poor — phone calls were rarely answered, and it was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. We were initially told we would undergo a three-session assessment process; however, this unexpectedly extended to five sessions due to apparent staff shortages. I was really happy with the clinical sessions for my 16yo daughter at the time. However, having paid for an ADHD assessment, we are 6 months post the assessment sessions and have not received any written report of the assessment outcome. I have used the clinical portal, phone, email and text to request information since Nov 24, and gave had no response. Dissapointed.
After being discharged from hospital while my son was still in the midst of a severe mental health crisis Relational minds took us under their wing. To say I was desperate was an understatement. No one could help. No one had answers.
