Terrible judgment, follow through, and support of customers. Two stars only because they give poor service with a smile.
Absolutely awful, awful. They don’t care and they don’t do anything for you except take your money. And as much of it as they can. Terrible people.
🤦🏻♂️ 🤦🏻♂️ 🤦🏻♂️ Bad experience! Don’t waste your time with Relation Insurance. Brandon Justin keeps promising to give me a quote, it’s been since May 1st and still no quote! We ended up going to a different insurance company they gave us quotes same day and appreciate your business. Relation Insurance doesn’t seem to care for your business. Both Brandon Justin and Linda Dye wasted my time, energy, and patience. SMH 😤🤯😑🫠
⚠️⛔️Waste of time! Gave all my information to Brandon Justin 20 days ago we are still waiting on a quote! They keep lying saying “they are working on it” it doesn’t take 20 days to give an insurance quote. ⚠️ ⛔️ Worst experience I’ve had with any insurance company.
Well $4k a year gets very little in the way of customer service. My agent (Susan) cannot be reached by phone. She calls back or emails back, a problem that should be solved in minutes via a phone call has taken days. Quite literally I was told to contact the insurance company directly. Please explain why I need a agent if I have to do the leg work. Skip the problems and choose another company.
