Have been a Nationwide homeowner policyholder for 47 years and have never filed a single claim in all that time. This year, Nationwide, through Relation Insurance Services, billed me $6,000 for a home assessed by the City at $252,400. What kind of "customer loyalty" program is that??? Secured comparable apples-to-apples coverage from State Farm for less than a third of that.

Didn't find them very attentive. Previous owner was great. I just left them after moving.
They took 375 dollars out of my bank account that they weren't supposed to. It's been a week, and I still haven't gotten it back. They are acting like it's no big deal like I don't have bills to pay.
