I’m not happy with them right now. They have not billed me for my house insurance in Wilmington yet and my payment starts on the 16th of the month. They have not called me back. There is a big mistake on my homeowners policy. They are blaming the issue on Travelers Indurance. Do these people know what they are doing?
I worked with Naomi years ago when I first moved to the state. She was warm, easy to work with, and made the transition smooth and painless. Unfortunately, she is no longer with Garrity, and my experience since has been quite the opposite. I would recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself time, money, and the headache.
I've used Shaw Insurance Agency for a while and have always had good service, but in the last week, Maribel, has gone above and beyond to: Cancel car insurance, insure a new car on a new policy, cancel old plates, and helped me secure a closing on a HELOC. Her responses were quick, accurate, and helpful!
The people there are so helpful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I work at a car dealership and had contact with Maribel. She was very unprofessional. Altered her voice multiple times and made false claims regarding our shared customer.
