I worked with Naomi years ago when I first moved to the state. She was warm, easy to work with, and made the transition smooth and painless. Unfortunately, she is no longer with Garrity, and my experience since has been quite the opposite. I would recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself time, money, and the headache.

I've used Shaw Insurance Agency for a while and have always had good service, but in the last week, Maribel, has gone above and beyond to: Cancel car insurance, insure a new car on a new policy, cancel old plates, and helped me secure a closing on a HELOC. Her responses were quick, accurate, and helpful!

I work at a car dealership and had contact with Maribel. She was very unprofessional. Altered her voice multiple times and made false claims regarding our shared customer. She specifically said, “you’re wasting my time” “what kind of dealership is this” . I tried to calm her down various times and said, “please, let’s act professional”. However she still refused. I worked with Victoria Small to get my car insurance changed. The most important thing I was looking for was a great agent as my last agent with a different company was sub par to say the least. Victoria was so helpful with everything. We were able to not only switch to a great agent but she even saved us 200 dollars and included Rental insurance! We were also able to do it all remotely and this was huge for us during these covid times. I would highly recommend M.R Shaw insurance and Victoria Small.
