I did not choose Relation insurance. I had good service for many years through Nationwide. One day I called and these people were now answering the phones. The first time I had to make a change-sold one used car, bought another-all kinds of problems. Premiums doubling. Unapproved charges to my credit card. It was going to cost me more to insure one car than it had previously cost to insure two. None of the answers I was given in explanation made any sense at all. Hands down the best office! Lisa Vaught has helped us for years now and always has your best interest at mind and goes over and beyond to help. She found us the best premium rate for insurance and we switched immediately after being with another carrier for over 30 years. The office as a whole is outstanding. Calls are always answered or returned when a message is left and emails never go unanswered. Call and let them help you, you won’t regret it and more than likely will save a lot of money like we are.
