Good company
I rented an apartment from Jennifer at Related Rentals in 2023, and she was very professional and personable. RR also manages the building and they are so far the best management company I've experienced, and this is my fifth rental apartment in NYC.
"If you are planning to rent an apartment from these people, particularly in the Avery building located in San Francisco, be prepared to face a series of disappointments. The management of the building is highly inefficient and unproductive. Therefore, if you encounter any issues during your stay, do not expect much assistance from them."
They never returned my calls or EMs upon receiving nothing but spam from them. I only wasted my time as it's said they have 20/80 buildings. Extreme unprofessionalism.
