The salon is really clean, relaxing, and my lashes turned out nice. I did have a correction appointment recently and was asked a couple of times for a tip, which felt a little pushy since I had already paid for the original service. I still like the place and plan to return, but I hope the tipping process can feel a bit less pressured.

My experience as a first time customer at Relash was great. I was introduced to the styles in a very clear manner and the whole experience was so relaxing. It didn’t even feel like anything was happening! I’m so happy with the results, they are exactly what I wanted! I know I will be continuing to come here for my lashes!

the reception is very welcoming and the experience is relaxing. there are 4 different curl types, 5 different shapes, and 5 different intensities that are easily accessible for your understanding. we sat down during the consultation to discuss the technicality of each option. most importantly, they took time to help me find the lash style and shape that worked best for my eyes instead of just suggesting the most expensive or easiest set. thank you for my lashes!
