This place sucks. There's no communication, no schedule. There is NADA. It's horrible that one can go weeks without fuel or an explanation. Their management is a joke. You suck, Lancey!
Ordered 100 gals of kerosene. It took over three weeks to get delivery. Then comes the bill. They delivered 200 gals. Very poor customer service and poor communication!. Not a happy camper.
Ordered kerosene on 7th Saturday and it is now 17th. Not a happy camper. Almost out of it.
Any business that makes amends on a mistake is a fantastic business these days. These guys quoted me and then realized they gave the wrong amount but they still followed through at their loss, and these days that is amazing. I will definitely refer them as well as visit again.
Everyone I have met there have been great with customer service and had no problem anseri g any questions I had.
