I had the most amazing experience at REKUP!! Julie is awesome at what she does and makes everyone feel so welcome. If you are curious about breath work or looking for someone local I would 100 percent recommend REKUP! They also provide yoga, massage, chiropractoric care and cold plunge. I'm planning on taking a group of friends back asap for a group class.
I went to rekup Wellness for a custom workshop where we did a bit of yoga breath, work and soundbath, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. They have space connection. The entire experience was magical. A family owned business located in South Jordan where professional team and welcomed and clean. We went back and bought a punch pass to experience the full thing
Tonight was my very first class I’ve ever taken at Rekup.. And it will not be my last! I was there for the breathing work workshop, and I have never ever done something like this in my life. I am beyond grateful for being introduced to Julie and her amazing studio! The mix of yoga with meditation and breathing work was just what I needed… I am beyond grateful for this experience!
Julie and Rekup is a 10/10. I have been experiencing severe shoulder pain and have been trying everything I can think of outside of going in to Rekup. During my visit Julie was able to assess and work out my shoulder issues. Best night of sleep in months without waking up in pain. Thank you!
