DOWNHILL, Talk about going from a great company to a terrible one. If you need any help GOOD LUCK getting ahold of anyone at this place. On hold over 35 mins, 3 emails, 4 voice mails and NO RETURN CALLS OR MSGS.
Waited over two weeks with no response to questions, clutch still hasn't shipped and cant get any info. Best to go a different route, these guys dont deserve your hard earned money
Purchased a left-hand rear brake. I lost a part, when I went to re-order the part, they sent it out complimentary, they accidentally sent the wrong part, and resent it again! They went above and beyond. By the way, I love the left-hand rear brake.
Do not buy this clutch for a pre 2007 harley touring model. The kit is only plates and springs does not include clutch hub or basket. If you have high performance work done, and your bike is truly a performance bagger.Eventually, you will eat up the splines in the clutch hub. At that point, you will be so angry and disappointed. That you will wind up Getting rid of the recluse clutch plates to get a barnett, or evolution industries clutch assembly with clutch hub.
