Can’t thank them enough I burned out my clutch on my ktm 890 on the Washington Bdr in Leavenworth called every ktm dealer in the state and soonest I could get anything was a week Rekluse set up an overnight shipping and I was back on the trails the following evening Excellent customer service and a great product
Looking to upgrade or rebuild my current cx on a 2021 husky tx300i. Tried calling kept ringing and ringing. Tried to leave a voicemail and disconnected me. This was on a Tues afternoon. I filled out a contact form. Got a response back next day but it was totally meant for another customer because he recommended a irrelevant part. So I followed up on Thursday. Have used these clutches on multiple bikes I have and when I called today the person I spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on me. I know his name but I will not make it public as this company obviously doesn't vet their employees, or worse he was someone that was higher up. I promote all of the products I currently run on my bikes as they are all pretty built bikes and known very well in my area but I will not anymore.
