John has been an important part of my health and well-being. He’s the guy who helps with my recovery needs that bridges the gap between my body being sore and tired to feeling stronger, looser and my muscles able to work through a full range of motion. I’m a personal trainer and athlete that requires my body, mind and muscles to be working as efficiently as possible day in and day out. I’ve been going to John for massages on and off for years. He has helped sort out my chronic neck pain (from whiplash) and suggested some stretches which, along with the massage, increased my mobility and decreased my pain significantly. His knowledge of anatomy and ability to zero in on the source of the issue is why I keep going back. He’s professional and easygoing, and he can help. Highly recommend!
