I would highly recommend Rekindled Spirits for your massage therapy needs! Joan has a calming, kind and warm energy that is sure to help lower your stress and make you feel comfortable and safe during your treatments. Joan used a mix of massage therapy techniques and reiki to help me in my recovery from a sports injury. I'm very thankful for her and the health-changing service that she provides!
I was just getting over being sick. Joan was so accommodating. She offered me a distance reiki session. I never had one before, but I must say it was effective! I had been stressed and avoiding a few difficult conversations. The next day I woke up and had them. Whatever was blocked was now cleared out!
