Can’t comment on the doctor themselves went in as a new patient. I was told to be 15 minutes early so I went in 20 minutes early filled out one form and sat and waited and waited. So then when I said never mind I don’t want this appointment anymore they looked at me like they had no idea who I was or why I was there to begin with. Read the Google review reviews don’t waste your time
UNPROFESSIONAL! Has her dog running around the office, does not return messages, doesn't see patients had me drive 45 min only to be seen by the PA after a mini stroke! I was prescribed meds before the office visit - STAY AWAY!!!!
Got an EEG and never got a call back for my results, its been about a month and a half. Now they want me to come in for a follow up for the results so they can charge me a visit. Their billing department is linked with Dr Bassin - endocrinology office, i had a random claim put through to my insurance under Dr Bassins name (never been to her) and they said it was from Dr Raos office. No one called me back with a reasoning, solution or apology. I highly recommend going else where for care.
Dr.Rao is very concerned about her patients always listens and explains everything in a manner that u understand. Highly recommend her her staff is also very polite and caring. Dr Rao is a wonderful dr takes her time and does not rush you at all!
