Got an EEG and never got a call back for my results, its been about a month and a half. Now they want me to come in for a follow up for the results so they can charge me a visit. Their billing department is linked with Dr Bassin - endocrinology office, i had a random claim put through to my insurance under Dr Bassins name (never been to her) and they said it was from Dr Raos office. No one called me back with a reasoning, solution or apology. I highly recommend going else where for care.
Dr.Rao is very concerned about her patients always listens and explains everything in a manner that u understand. Highly recommend her her staff is also very polite and caring. Dr Rao is a wonderful dr takes her time and does not rush you at all!
Disappointed pharmacy never received Prescription for my daughter . Who was suffering seizure . After calling a couple of times to ask about prescription. Never receive information on testing needed to be performed. Dr visit was good , ,saw her once . She explained the procedure needed to properly diagnose my daughter . Unfortunately none of that ever came to term . Due to their lack of follow up . Office management is very well needed . But yet I received a bill with a balance of $50. Searching for a Dr …
Prepare to pay a lot, have them make finacial choices for you, and when they can not figure out what is wrong they want to throw pills at you. And when I asked questions they never understood me.
Horrible office staff front desk.have called multiple times on different days to make an appointment and no answer. Patients should be able to call without the hassle.
