The Office is A COMPLETE MESS! Calls Ring & Ring with no answers S as mentioned in previous reviews Dr Pillai is Useless & needs to be Fully retired. She sat in the chair looking 20 yrs older than she was, looking minimally interested. She did treat me for Essential tremor but when I went back with a more complex issue in my back: insane itching, buzzing & pain, she did get up & put hands on to check the muscle knots that were there but she did No Nerve Conduction Studies??? She does not listen to you and stops medication without consulting with you or reviewing the file you already have from seeing previous Dr's with the practice. You are a generic check list. Tried to put me on a medication that has medical warning for another disease I have and put in my file she doubted I had it. I got a copy to verify how she treated me. Worst Dr I've ever seen.
The wait was fairly long for 3 people in the lobby, roughly 45-50 minutes. I expect this with the "mill" Healthcare institutions like Methodist, Baptist, Campbell Clinic, Orthosouth, etc. Anyways, I had a hip replacement one month ago. Two days after the replacement, I lost consciensness and fell. That crushed my arm. I have zero functionality of my bicep(will not even twitch), severe pain in the upper arm, and completely loss of feeling in most of my lower arm. Dr. Pillai fumbled around so hard.
