I have been going to Endwell Family physicians for over 5 years (Dr.R.Patel) My husband also goes there. We always have been very satisfied with the care we have received. The staff is great ! When I use the patient portal for refills and just to ask questions they always get back to me with in 2 days or shorter. Depending on how important my issue is. I strongly recommend EFP to everyone. My experience there has always been good and they are quick to respond.
She is open to discussing options about managing your own health.
My experience with Dr. Patel was very positive. She is very thorough and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Would definitely recommend her.
