I am getting very concerned. When I first met Dr. Pandula, it was in January of this year. Personable and knowledgeable provider-- my husband & I were both pleased! I recently saw my PCP and my TSH is low. Dr. Pandula had changed my prescription and we were going to monitor and follow up in June, so obviously, this was an "extra" check of my thyroid. I sent a MyChart message on 3/11 asking for guidance on next steps--no response. Sent a follow up msg on 3/13 and also called, but can't get a live person on the phone so I left... read more

I see approximately 20 different doctors, mostly at Methodist Hospital, over a years time. Dr Pandula is the most caring doctor I've ever had. She is patient and concerned and listens to everything I have to say and she always comes up with solutions that make my diabetic treatments, as well as other medical issues, her top priorities.
I really like Dr. Pandula! She is very personable. Dr. Pandula asks lots of questions to ensure that she has as much information as possible about you. She does not rush through the visit and makes sure that you feel heard.
Dr. Pandula is a great doctor who listens and does a great job working with me on my type 1 diabetes. However, the overall communication with this office is unacceptable when dealing with questions or help needed that isn't an emergency to go to the ER. It takes at least 48 hrs for anyone to respond to messages on my chart. If they have any questions regarding the original message the 48 hr clock starts all over. The same with calls to the office.
