Rekai is more than a long-term care home. They treat one another like family. My grandmother was blessed to be a resident in their care for just under a year. It is clean, they have extensive programming, and are so inclusive. It is a phenomenonal place! We cannot thank the staff of 2E and 3W enough. The PSWs, RPNs, recreational staff, deitician, physiotherapist, NP, etc., are all such amazing individuals. Have left no fewer than 4 voicemails with their coordinator for tours, and not a single call back. I have not experienced this level of disrespect, lack of customer care, or disregard for those in need of long term care from any other organization in this journey. I really hope this is reflective of the individual, and not the facility, as this would otherwise be one of our top choices for my father given location.
All of the staff at Rekai Wellesley are truly exceptional. They are kind, considerate, and compassionate, and they treat every resident as if they were a member of their own family. The variety of daily programs and life-enrichment activities they offer speaks to their genuine commitment to residents’ well-being. The staff here are truly incredible! They take genuine pride in building strong, meaningful relationships with the residents and care deeply for them as people. My grandmother was treated with compassion, dignity, and respect throughout her time here, especially in her final days.
