If you have all the time in the world to wait for a simple juice from their menu , by all means go for it. They are slow as molasses and the place is always empty....so why does it take literally half hr or more for 2 simple non-custom juice orders?!
Açaí bowl was great. The worker was nice, but the place is severely understaffed. One person servicing 8 people means 30 minute wait for 2 bowls. Please staff up more people. Thanks
Even though the hours both online & posted on the door state open at 8:30am, 9 out of 10 times that I attempt going, the shop is closed during their “open” hour times.
The smoothie was great! So was the wrap I ordered. Unfortunately had a bad experience with the young lady, Ava which makes my rate a 1 star. I would make this is every week stop but I can’t because it’s always the same girl who never smiles or is happy to be there. Customer service needs work.
A little disappointing. I usually go in there and have a great experience but not today. A customer just left when we were walking in and when the girl working saw us come in, her face dropped like she was mad she had to help someone else. The smoothie is SO thick and the ice chunks are so big it won’t even come through the straw. Idk if she was new or what but I feel as if I wasted my money
