Do not buy skincare from this company. I tried to place an order a few days ago. They put multiple holds - totalling hundreds of dollars on my credit card and then refused to even fulfill the order. They now refuse to simply email my bank to leg them know the holds can be released - despite the fact I have given them my bank's email address and the brief list of information it needs to release the holds. The customer service is absolutely appalling.
