Went with my wife for a couples massage. The masseuse I had kept coughing and sniffling the whole massage. She also would check her phone every few seconds like I was not important. When asked to reduce the pressure, she did not change a thing. Called the office manager to let her know about the masseuse and she never apologized, instead basically called my wife and I a liar that the masseuse did none of these things.
