Lydia is one of those people that just makes you feel welcome and heard from the get go. She is an amazing human and I always so feel sooo much better after her massage. She is amazing. Plus her space is magical.

This was truly one of the BEST massages with cupping I have ever had so much so I felt the effects days afterwards. I highly recommend Lydia if you want a massage that leaves you feeling renewed and refreshed. She is so talented and you can tell she has put her heart and soul into her craft. Had a great experience. Had originally booked for relaxation but hurt my back the day before my appointment. She was able to adjust pressure and technique to help out. Was feeling much better by the next day. Definitely looking forward to going back for another massage.
