My first massage from Lydia was great! She spent some time reviewing my physical concerns, discussed a plan to approach those, and then gave an amazing massage that addressed those concerns as well as focusing on some areas that I wasn't aware of until she identified them. I have already scheduled a couple more visits--need I say more?

Lydia was very thorough when talking about what I needed. She made sure to address all of my issues and I felt very safe and cared for. She gave me a great massage and I am already looking forward to my next appointment. *UPDATE* 3-ish years later, I still LOVE my (mostly) monthly appointments with Lydia! She's got ✨️magic✨️ hands.
Lydia is absolutely amazing!!! I can’t recommend her enough! She is so nice and genuinely listens to your needs and requests. You can really tell she cares so much about her clients and her job. I feel so much better after my massages from her! Plus the bonus of how much she lifts up and shares about the community and other small businesses :)
