TERRIBLE MANI/PEDI!!!!! I used a Groupon for a mani/pedi and the lady seemed REALLY inexperienced. She was very slow & my nails do not look good! She got polish on every finger she painted, so it took an eternity for her to clean each one up. She didn't even cover the entire toenail on several toes & did not trim my cuticles. She even spilled some polish remover on my toes after painting them. I went for my first massage and was surprised that the massage room is right next to the front desk area, but is not soundproof! It was VERY noisy during the entire massage. I could literally hear what the front desk people were talking about & every time they busted into laughter. The noise was so distracting that I couldn't enjoy my massage! Not a relaxing experience. I just want to give this salon and spa a high five. I came in with really blah looking hair. The young lady that did my hair had the best understanding personality there was. She gave me the prettiest hi lights and the best haircut I have ever received!! I have already booked another appointment with her and have booked other services as well. I have recommend them to everyone that I have had contact with.
Awesome hair by Ashley Vincent!!!! I called and booked an hi light and haircut. The young lady that did my services was very friendly and knowledgeable of what she was doing. My hair was a blah brown and she made me a beautiful blonde with Carmel low lights. My haircut was awesome!! She gave me beautiful layers with some bangs! I will be back to see her soon!! I have recommended her to all my friends and family!!!
The worst haircut I have ever had. I had to leave there and go to another salon to have the damage fixed. There aren't words to describe how bad it was but the stylist that fixed it at another salon, described it as looking as if my hair was put in a ponytail and cut off! Groupon refunded my money and pulled their Groupon, upon seeing the photos. Horrible Experience At 53 years old, this is the worst haircut I have ever had. Words cannot describe how horrible it was. The photos I've added say it all... I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout, cut, style and partial highlights. The blowout was fine, the color was fine. The haircut? Indescribable. My hair WAS about 6' below my shoulders. great facial & massage Nice relaxing atmoshere. Would have the facial and massage done again but not the pedicure. All of the employees were VERY nice.
