I went to Rejuvenation Physical Therapy because it was close to my home and the web site made it look appealing. They seemed nice and initial contact was pleasant. I went 5 times and as the "therapy" wasn't very effective I quit. They had told me Insurance would cover me. Three months later I was sent a bill for around $50. I reviewed the charges and found that they had billed my insurance company for services I felt I didn't receive.
