My first impression of this business was enough for me not to move forward. I confirmed a consultation date, yet their receptionist booked me for a different day and later contacted me as though I had simply failed to show up and still charged me. Mistakes happen, but blaming the client for an internal scheduling error is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism made the decision easy, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
After my visit with Dr Atkins I have more confidence with my landscaper than her diagnostic of my skin rush.
