Misleading information from receptionist + refused to refund + a whole "consult" directed for just selling their products. TLDR: - I submitted an enquiry online to ask if they could prescribe me a skin medication. They replied and told me that I should see their Dr to get a medicine prescribed and that I don't need a GP referral to see him for the prescription. - Chased up to make me book the $150 consult fee. - Paid a $150 deposit, went in and the Dr said they CANNOT give it (ie not licensed to give). - I asked for a refund... read more
