In be past I've always enjoyed the services I've received here...but I made an appointment over a month ago for a relaxing spa massage for a mother's day out treat this Saturday and my appointment was just canceled because "an employee called in sick" (my appointment is still two and a half days away). There was no attempt to reschedule me that same day, and no managers were available for me to discuss the issue with (in fact I was told not to expect a call back from them for TWO WEEKS).
