Ordered a fan in the store to be delivered. The product was ordered incorrectly by sales agent and as soon as I noticed I contacted customer service to have corrected. Once fan was received I contacted custormer service again to discuss options for an exchange and was told a case was opened for review. I continued to follow up without resolution because I could not speak to the department reviewing; this went on for a couple weeks the to refused to accept item as a return and insisted I needed to wait until the case was reso... read more
Poor customer service. No acknowledgement of customers when entering or browsing. Employees just chatting at the counter. Fortunately, there are other stores in the area with high quality options. I chose to purchase there instead.
We had an excellent experience in-store - the low review is reflecting my experience with the company as a whole. We drove ~45min to go to our closest Rejuvenation store to look at some hardware in person. They have a great selection and the sales associate was very helpful, but unfortunately they didn’t have the specific drawer pulls we wanted in stock. The first visit to the store was disappointing, but I think it was because they were closing (7PM) and the sales people were ready to leave so they were sort of unwelcoming. Worked out fine as I was able to find the items online from a different seller. Our second visit was really great. The sales people were extremely helpful and took extra effort to make sure we had the info we needed to make lighting choices.
