Absolutely the best! Lindy has helped me in the past with carpal tunnel pain and most recently with hip pain from two past c sections. I walked in with a headache and that quickly disappeared. She has such a calming demeanor and takes the time to tailor your massage to your specific needs. She also gave me tips for stretches I could do at home. She provides mind and body healing with a smile!
The BEST!! I feel like I was healed in this appointment! I was in so much pain from tension and knots in my back. This woman is a miracle worker. I loved her energy and the space was so convenient and easy to park. Loved everything about it and I will be back!
