I recently had my first Hot Stone Massage at Van's brand-new, beautiful studio/spa. It was probably the best massage I have ever had. The setting was lovely. The table was heated and so were the linens. The massage oils were lightly scented with just the right mix of essential oils and I liked Van's selection of music. Van checks with you periodically to ensure you are comfortable and are enjoying the massage experience. I highly recommend Van. Keep him in mind for your holiday gifts.

Van is a compassionate, intuitive and responsive individual - not just your average massage therapist. I came to him with pain in two areas of my body, and with an idea of how he might utilize massage to help me. His choice of mixing therapeutic interventions to meet my specific needs (deep tissue work, elements of Swedish massage, and hot stones) was both a welcome surprise and very helpful in assisting my own rejuvenation processes!
I can't tell you enough how Van's massage expertise helped me through my healing process after a back surgery. I had been well on my way to recovery, and still had some pretty severe pain left around the surgery site. Went to the surgeon for my post op visit, and what did the surgeon suggest, massage therapy!!! So Van worked his magic on my back muscles. I can't tell you how not only relaxing it was, but his healing touch helped to get better blood flow to the area of my surgery, and cut the healing time!! Great gift for you... read more
