I’ve never had a spa experience where I had 2 people assessing me and making sure every imperfection was addressed! Linda and Yuki worked as a great team and professionally recommended the best procedure for me when I came in just wanting sun spot removal. The only feedback I would offer is I came in for an IPL and I got a serious laser that ended up peeling my whole face. I was just not mentally prepared for that but still thankful for the excellent results!
Hadley is seriously amazing at what she does. She has such a calming, welcoming energy and makes every visit feel like a self-care treat. She takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed or unsure. I trust her completely and always love my results. Rejuvenate Med Spa wouldn’t be the same without her—highly recommend!
Beware. Not a professional experience when calling their office. Never booked an appointment as the woman who answered the phone wanted to tell me about how she is a cancer survivor and hung up on me when I asked to discuss my issue with the owner. She constantly interrupted me when I tried to speak and spoke over me. It was not a respectful/professional discussion. They need more professional people, especially for a professional office.
I had a wonderful facial experience with Yuki at the spa. She is both professional and genuinely kind, and her touch is incredibly calming. My skin felt refreshed, smooth, and visibly brighter afterwards. What impressed me even more is how beautiful her own skin is—she looks at least 15 years younger than her actual age. It really reflects the quality of care and treatments provided at this spa. Highly recommend Yuki and this spa if you’re looking for both relaxation and real, noticeable results!
