Coming to Poky as a new member of the community- THIS place saved my life! I have had amazing results from no more BP meds to having no more inflammation in my body and my labs show it! Great space for red light and other services! The owner is friendly and knowledgeable and took time to discuss goals and needs for red light therapy. The app used for scheduling appointments is easy to use. Definitely worth checking out!
It's been almost a year since I began doing Red Light Therapy, three times a week, at Rejuvenate Light Life Change. I had complete shoulder replacement surgery in January 2024, and by April 2025 had just finished a second round of PT.
