Very much a life changing experience. Julie knows her stuff as well as being compassionate and genuine about helping people in the long term. Just a reset from the real world and allowing me to look at ensuring that I make good decisions in relation to my health which then obviously integrate into all facets of my life.
Highly recommend this restorative and enlightening retreat. This was my second getaway with Julie and Co, and I’m already planning the next one. I’ve come home with renewed energy and sense of calm, the few days of a slower pace and time to reflect internally have done the world of good. Julie has a wealth of holistic knowledge, and I can’t wait to learn more next time.
My husband and I recently spent a week at the Rejuvenate Health Retreat in Phuket, Thailand. It was a truly amazing experience spearheaded by Julie. She not only pampered us with massages, and facials in the most beautiful and luxurious villa, with incredible meals, she set us both on a new path of health and wellness. This was my second time at Rejuvenate Health Retreats in Thailand. I thoroughly enjoyed the retreat this year, benefiting greatly through mind and body in beautiful surroundings with like minded people. Julie is very supportive, knowledgeable and interesting. I plan to return again 😀
A fantastic break, great location … Julie and her assistant Mary guided us through a week of excellent Health benefits and we were surprised at how easy the fasting was when coupled with the tasty food. Can’t wait for next year 👍
