I have had programs tailored for me for bodybuilding, and also had body composition tests done. The expertise of Adam really shines through with his passion for health and fitness. On top of that, he also consulted me on detoxification and nutrition, both extremely vital components to ensure continuing good health. A great facility and experience all round!
