Extremely unprofessional experience. They canceled on me 15 minutes before one appointment when I was already outside. Then when I came for my rescheduled 9:30 a.m. appointment, after already getting a work excuse and driving all the way there, the place was closed, no one was there, and the technician had not even arrived. They did not even bother to call beforehand to cancel or reschedule. At 9:50, when they finally opened, I was told to reschedule again. Lovely location with very helpful and friendly staff. Laser tech informed me of all risks and possible outcomes before proceeding with the appointment. Process was quick and effective work minimal discomfort. I appreciate the followup after the procedure to see how i was feeling and healing.
Dr Herman is her own best advertising in skin care. I saw her for a clogged eyelash pore that she easily alleviated, and walked out with a new skin care regime that I excitedly started that night. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an honest yet kind bedside manner. I’m grateful to have found my new dermatologist.
