*EDIT* I used to use Rejuvamed. I don’t know if they got bought out or what but this Live Forever Health company doesn’t even answer the phone. When I try to call and get to a representative the automated system says “Sorry, an application error has occurred. Goodbye” and hangs up. I miss Amy from Rejuvamed! Guess I will need to go elsewhere.
I would absolutely choose a local provider versus this company.Not even sure if they're legit
