Been with this dental practice years, the last couple of years it's really gone down hill. I always book my yearly check up at my appointment, so it's booked a year in advance. Last year they cancelled my appointment 2/3 times, this year they've again cancelled weeks before my appointment and can't get me in until September. Not sure how they can advertise as NHS when I've just been told they have one NHS dentist that works on a Tuesday only.
Referred here via the 111 service, on a Sunday, very nervous as it’s a practice I’m not familiar with and hate dentists ! However, from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel welcome by Josie the receptionist and my pain and nerves acknowledged with sympathy. Cathy the dentist was fabulous, really gentle and understanding with a sense of humour as was the nurse but I can’t remember her name! Normal NHS costs, amazing given it was a Sunday !
