I had a tooth extracted and I was very nervous due to past experiences..Steven Warner was the dentist and himself and his assistant were both lovely and absolutely amazing. They made me feel at ease, treated me well and most of all I was pain free. The receptionists were also lovely too.
Came in sawdentist Ali and nurse Jo excellent people couldn't of asked for a better experience after a bad experience an actually came out happy and smiling never thought that would happen and receptionist Linda fantastic lady really helped. Thank u for the help 😊
To be fair reception staff an dental nurse 5 stars but the dentist called Simon would bot recommend an I'd never see him again. I've had top wisdom teeth out with less trauma he was an absolute horrible person I've come out with split lip an bruising from my bottom lip to my chin an even screaming out or trying to move didn't work he made the nurse hold my head still even tho I was asking him to stop for a second. I had emergency treatment here on Bank Holiday Monday. Exceptional treatment and really lovely staff. The receptionist Dentist and Dental Assistant were so caring, I cannot thank them enough for the professional treatment I received. Thank you so much for making the pain go away.
I have a deep fear of dentist and today had to have 2 teeth pulled and 5 fillings the whole time I was there my dentist put me at ease and explained everything all whilst having a trainee dental nurse and guiding her I cannot fault my experience or the dentist on anything no pain through 99% of it. This was a emergency dentist aswell as i do not have a dentist so I wasn't expecting much at all but this place deserves 10 stars.
