Very nice staff. Very informative and took the time to explain their products and procedures.
Went in for preventative Botox, maybe filler. Karen at the front desk took care of appointments, photos, regiatration. Was super welcoming and puts you at ease. Dr. Shihani has a great eye for detail and really prioritizes natural-looking enhancements that I had gone in for. I got better results than I thought I was going to. She also immediately picked up that I grind my teeth, and suggested trying masseter botox as well. Jess is one of the face consultants and she’s super nice and genuine. Her recommendations always makes sense and she seems to really care about her clients. I really like how this place has concierge style service. Once you get a consultant, you can work closely with her and text her instead of calling in. This works for people who are busy and prefer text over calling.
My overall experience at Rejuv Medi Spa was excellent, as soon as you get out of the elevator everyone is friendly and welcoming. I dealt mostly with Shasha and Kennedy, they were both very thorough in explaining and made sure that I felt comfortable before I had any procedures done. The staff at Rejuuv Markham location are top tier. Dr.Seit is the most professional doctor I’ve ever met, he made me feel so calm and comfortable and is such a perfectionist in every way. I will only see him for all my future treatments and will be highly recommending Dr.Seit to everyone I know. His assistant is the most attentive and supportive, it was such a pleasure working with them both. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my treatments. 5 full stars to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
