The customer service here is terrible! They have all there policies but you can’t really see them and they won’t accommodate to help their customers!
I stopped by this small Japanese store when I’m nearby. It mainly sells Japanese character keychains and small toys (eg. Hello Kitty) as well as cosmetics and basic skincare products. The shop itself is small but neat and organized. I ended up buying a small item before leaving. There wasn’t anything particularly special or surprising.
