We were experiencing a heating emergency and unfortunately we found this company to be unprofessional. Every time the technician was due to show up, he was an hour or more late. He refused to take his shoes off indoors on our matting, which is a safety concern for our tiny humans who are bare foot in our space. We have stopped using Reitzel and switched to Conestoga Mechanical and we don’t experience these problems anymore
We needed a repair service and some history with the HVAC unit that was installed. TY to Elaine B for the answers to my questions and other chat.
Very happy with service over the years at my home and yesterday received very good service at the office from Elaine and two other ladies. They helped and accessed help for my furnace filter and for my humidifier tube and connectors. They were efficient, friendly and today I picked up my new filter which a service person had exchanged as well as new insulation as both had been wet.
