Had relative funeral there in 2010 - was EXCELLENT. Had in another in 2017 - TERRIBLE! I asked for director, none around, i asked for manager, none around. Need to make appointment to speak with owner, 2 phone calls not returned. Waste of time. Public deserves better. NOT the same place it used to be. Talked with others had same experience, will not go there by choice.
