Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office? Yes, food and water is always available. My pet loves it. Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! I LOVE Dr Lisa. She is a great vet. Never a problem getting an appt. She has taken care of my dogs and cats for years! Always sends reminders, if they have had a surgery or illness, she sends a card. You truly know she is an animal lover, by the way she treats them. She is never pushy as far as procedures, meds, etc. She will be the only one I take my pets to.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff ... read more
