The trailer purchase from the dealer was awesome. Before leaving we talked about the pull lever on the foot being in the middle and crowded inside ths frame. He mentioned that if I called they would probably change it to the side mount like most of their trailers. But when I called the factory they said it would be a $75 charge? Really. This trailer never should have left the factory. 1st time using it today. it's not like it's 4 months old. It's 3 days old. Unbelievable customer service. Will not be buying another Reiser trailer for my company.. in less than a year I had to replace the tires, an axle and have welds redone due to being done poorly from mfr
