We can’t say enough good things about Reis Restoration. We were far from home with an Airstream issue, he was so helpful from the first call, extremely knowledgeable and let us come right over. His expertise was outstanding and he went above and beyond in all ways including when we left after a thorough diagnostic that was completely correct he texted us a link for the part we needed a follow up text if we needed any other help. He was incredible. Highly recommend!
Nic was very personable and professional throughout the entire process. He always took time to answer my questions and always got back to me. He researched when necessary and the price was as quoted although he did extra and went the extra mile to check everything as he went. I am very pleased and will definitely call Reis Restoration for any work I need done on my Airstream in the future. Highly, highly recommend!
We are very happy with the quality of service at Reis Restoration. He performed an overall evaluation of our 84 Excella 31 and provided a detailed list along with photos of the recommended maintenance and repairs. They promptly took care of the items we elected to take care of and when we picked it up answered a lot of questions for us as newbie AS owners. It is great to have someone within an hour of our home base that has the knowledge and expertise to repair our Excella. Would recommend highly.
