This place has gone way down hill From the customer service to the non caring owners. I have been calling since December 27th. Ordered a birthday cake in November when I got there on dec 26th to pick up my cake there was no cake that I paid 75$ in advance. One of the bakers threw a cake together and I mean threw asked for buttercream we got LARD it was so nasty it went in the trash. I'm still waiting to hear from the owners.
I'm old school, I remember Reinwalds from back when they were on Braddock ave in Queens Village. went there today to get treats for people, left with two big bags. Of course there were jelly donuts, but lets not forget those delicious apple turnovers and cheese danish. Strudels, and black & white cookies rounded out the goodies. They must have done well in their training, as the young man who helped me today was very pleasant and talkative.
