Pierced my tongue a few years ago without a clamp after having at least one beer (may have been more, I can’t remember anymore) it was less then an inch away from the tip of my tongue. I am extremely fortunate he didn’t paralyze my tongue. All tongue piercings need to be done with a clamp or you risk permanently paralyzing your clients tongue. My friend and I Got our Navel pierced by Harley, he was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about the aftercare! I highly recommend him he is so awesome!!
