I’m not surprised this place closed. I stopped in soon after they opened and was the only one in the store. I was not greeted and the woman who was doing nothing behind the cash register couldn’t be bothered to speak to me, even when I was close to her. I never went back. Spending money at a store is a choice, and I choose to spend mine where people prioritize customer service, especially in a niche shop. If they decide to reopen somewhere, I hope they hire people who understand the importance of the actual customers.
Reinspired Treasures is a local gem. Nestled in Alger Heights this wonderful home goods store offers surprise after surprise at every turn. From delicious craft made candies and soup mixes to awesome renewed furniture and gifts, this is indeed a Grand Rapids treasure.
