Dr Reisendorf’s negligent PA and misdiagnosis of cellulitis caused MY MOTHERS DEATH last week. Firstly, they misdiagnosed her and gave her the WRONG oral antibiotic to begin with which was Bactrim. That’s not the first line of abx for cellulitis anyway. In speaking with her office, the admin said they use it all the time. This was his first visit to my home. He was polite, open, knowledgeable, honest, and he didn't rush me. If he wanted some info I didn't understand, he took the time to explain why it was important. BYW, he came on time, too! I look forward to getting the help I need.

Will fail to fill your prescriptions month after month. Will ignore all phone calls You finally get someone there, and no on call doctor has any interest in your emergency Don't understand this place at all. This is not acceptable
Dr. Reinsdorf comes to our house with his nurse practitioners and they are great.
