This company was great, very professional, and did an amazing job. They arrived timely to the schedule time and were able to complete the job leaving everything clean. They birdproof the house, put spikes, water pressured the roof and the solar panels. Everything looks good so far. Armando, Mikey, Anthony and Mark did an awesome job were very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Price was very good as well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Very professional. Mark gave excellent customer service after driving over one hour to my house from the other side of town. They took photos before the job including any cracked tiles and advised on any issues with my netting. The scaling was removed off my panels and he recommended bi-annual cleaning at a minimum. Will give them a call near the end of the year for service again. Service cost very reasonable. Before & after photos attached
I was tired of hearing the pigeon party in my roof during the warm months. I was also fearful of the damage they can do to roofing and my solar panels. The free consultation was awesome and necessary. Mark (very professional, transparent and knowledgeable) showed me areas via pictures and video of where my roof and home was compromised. Anthony and Irvin did a great job of setting up the bird proof spikes and cleaning up all the mess the pigeons left behind. Showed up timely and got the job done in 4 hours. Would recommend to others if they have pigeon poop issues.
The process went smoothly from the scheduling to on site job. Armando did a great job with the initial solar cleaning and inspection. Then Mark and Martin came for the bird proofing and they were excellent! They communicated with us well, provided us before and after photos, educated us about the bird proofing process, and addressed all our concerns. We highly recommend Reinmanpro.
