Staff is nice , the job making airplane seats is chill but ugly to me honestly not worth minimum wage since it smells like chemicals were u work with no ventilation

Es una compania con muchas areas en donde es dificil de aprender...cuando no te tienen pasciensa..te cuentan el tiempo el baño..que son 10 minutes...chismes..criticas...de eso viven los buitres de reinhold■ so I can sum it up...the tasks vary ..some are more difficult than others but the "leads" have no patience...the supervisors are no help...the people that come in at 4am pretty much lounge till its 5am to begin working since the supervisors don't come in till 6am,the employees are in it..the "circle" to cover each other..... read more
Let me start by stating facts...to those who have not worked here...reinhold has is ups and down...more downs.Truth is you have to really get someone who is a good trainer or willing to train because if you get someone who thinks you'll do their job skill better than them..they will train you half way...so you look bad and pretty much have to find the light in the darkness...animosity will be unleashed if you dare to speak up..4am crowd starts to work after they are done drinking their coffee...done gossiping, ofcourse the s... read more
REALLY BAD PLACE TO WORK...THE TRAVELING ROUTERS ARE NOT PROVIDED BY ANTHONY...HE ALWAYS TRIES TO SAVE HIMSELF AND THROWS THE EMPLOYEES UNDER THE BUS...OVER TIME EMPLOYEES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SUPERVISORS COME LATE..TO MILK IT THE FIRST 2 HOURS ...BAD MANAGEMENT, JONADAB SANCHEZ WORRIES ABOUT PEOPLE THAT SURROUND HIM, INSTEAD OF FOCUSING ON HIS WEIGHT AND A MARKER/ TOOLS
